Disclaimer / Liability for contents

The contents of our web pages have been compiled with meticulous care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness or topicality of contents. Pursuant to § 7, par. 1 of TMG, we, in our capacity as service providers, are liable for own contents on these pages in accordance with the general legal provisions. However, pursuant to Articles 8 to 10 of TMG, we, in our capacity as service providers, are not under obligation to monitor provided or stored external information or to search after circumstances indicating illegal action. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legal provisions shall remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect shall come into force only from the moment when specific violations of legal provisions become apparent. Should we become cognisant of respective violations of legal provisions we shall immediately remove the contents in question. The persons listed on the website expressly object to a subsequent use of their data by third parties.

Liability for links

The online contents provided by us include links to third parties’ external websites; we have no influence on the contents thereof. We can, therefore, accept no liability for these external contents. In all cases, the respective provider or operator of the websites shall assume liability for the contents of linked websites. At the point in time when the links were placed, the linked websites were checked to find any possible violations of legal provisions. No illegal contents could be identified at the moment the links were placed. However, it cannot be expected to execute a permanent monitoring of the contents of linked sites when there is no specific suggestion of a violation of legal provisions. Should we become cognisant of violations of legal provisions we shall remove the respective links immediately.

Copyright

The contents and works compiled by the website operators are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution and any kind of utilization of contents beyond the scope of the copyright law shall require a written consent of its respective author or originator. Downloading and copying from this site shall only be permitted for private and non-commercial use. To the extent to which contents of this website were not compiled by the site operator, compliance with copyrights of third parties is ensured. In particular, contents provided by third parties are earmarked as such. In case you might, despite of this, identify any violation of copyright, we ask to notify this respectively. Should we become cognisant of violations of legal provisions we shall immediately remove the contents in question. In case of any questions referring to this website we ask to contact the owner.

Data protection

As a rule, the use of our website is possible without the disclosure of any personal data. If personal data (e.g. name, address, email address) are collected on our pages, this shall, at any time and to the extent possible, take place on a voluntary basis. These data will not be forwarded to third parties without your express consent. All information provided by you within the scope of web forms will be used by us for the specified purpose only. Your data will be forwarded neither to third parties nor to other companies. In case you might use provided email links and mail forms, only the data entered by you will be forwarded to the receiver of the email and stored in a log file. It is proved to be possible to extract the IP address (i.e. the exact allocation of your network entry point) of your computer from common emails as well as from messages generated on the basis of a web form.

We would like to point out that the transmission of data via the internet (e.g. by email correspondence) can offer security vulnerabilities. It is impossible to provide a complete protection of data from access by third parties.

Severability clause

If one of the above-stipulated clauses/provisions proves to be completely or partially invalid due to legal provisions, regulations or legislation amendments, it will be replaced by that clause/provision which comes closest to expressing the pursued intention of the clause/provision. All other provisions shall be deemed unaffected by this and remain in full force and effect.
